Saffron Mendelson

Saffron joined Mendelsons in 2022 as a young graduate wanting a career change after completing her honours degree in veterinary sciences from Manchester University in 2021. Following a managerial role abroad in Greece running an animal sanctuary she returned to Manchester in early 2023 to become the maitre d at a number of high class boutique restaurants/hotels in Manchester where she honed her management and organisational skills further.
In her role at Mendelsons Saffron runs her own mixed caseload as well as assisting in the finance and management of a small property portfolio.
